Returns and Exchanges:
I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. o

Yes! If you need your order rushed or before an important date, it is extremely important that you reach out to me personally VIA MESSAGE. Simply paying for priority shipping or relying on delivery dates that Etsy provides is not enough. I receive many orders on a daily basis and if I’m not made aware that a customer paid for priority or rush shipping you may not receive it in time. Etsy provides an estimated delivery date but please note that the dates that Etsy provides is just an Estimate. They are not the post office and have no way of guaranteeing a delivery date.
